Food Diary: Day 3-5

Ok, a quick post before I fall over:

Saturday:
Breakfast - Egg McMuffin, half a hash brown (so not worth it!), decaf w/milk (otoh, their coffee is better than it used to be)
Snack - 1 tagalong at a meeting.
Lunch - grilled cheese
Dinner - Steak Caeser salad from Panera, the bread it comes with (nom, esp with butter), half a pain chocolat

Sunday: 
Breakfast - turkey sausage/spinach/egg white/cheese/multigrain flatbread thing from Dunkin Donuts, home brewed coffee (THEIR coffee sucks)
Dinner - TJs mac & cheese. It was that or leftover beef & broccoli and my tummy rebelled at the thought of the latter

Today:
Breakfast - milk, then previously mentioned breakfast sandwich
lunch - last of the lasagna, a sausage, and 2 meatballs
snack - Kashi chewy peanut butter granola bar
snack - 4oz milk
dinner - pork with lemon/wine sauce, green beans, creamed spinach (from TJs - it's good but rich), and crescent rolls (they're 11 carbs each. I can eat 3 if that's all the carbs in the meal, right? :) )
snack - 1 oreo
