The office is closing down for the weekend in approximately 24 minutes, so I thought I'd take a moment to wish everyone a Happy Turkey Day! Or Tofu-rkey for all you vegetarians.

May you have safe travels, happy baking, and little stomach aches.

I have to get home and start on my pies!
