We're closing on our house today!!!

Jon and I went and signed the paperwork for our new house yesterday! Will know for positive on Monday if they accepted all of our *wishes* for upgrades and price, but sales agent said that she's almost sure they'll accept it. Closing will probably be within the month, so we'll be in our home before April ( Read more... )

We're in the new house!! Not totally, as there is still some shit at the apartment that we have to move over (like the food in the fridge/freezer, some of Kelly's toys, some lamps, odds and ends like that)... but overall, here we are ( Read more... )

We got the keys today and can move in tomorrow, but our lease start is officially the 17th. The owner and property manager have declared their love for Jon and I because of our organization, preparation, etc and I think this will be a great thing for us ( Read more... )
