My relatives left tonight, after 5 days of visiting. It's always enjoyable to spend time with them, never a dull moment. Saturday, we ate Thai (yes, even I sampled some shrimp and some weird sauce... I was pleasantly suprised that I enjoyed it), and then came back to the house to play Blurt.
Sunday, we drove out to Montgomery to see cousin Becky at Maxwell AFB. Never been on a military base before, it was quite interesting. What was really cool was seeing her get saluted by the guard as we entered... she's been in the Air Force 3 weeks and is already a 2ed Lieutenant. I guess they treat doctors well :) Anyway, I drove almost the entire way there, and the entire way back... about 300 miles.
Today, I mostly researched stock Options, and how to trade them. I think I will start investing in that, just to see what I can do. Anyway, my cousins came over for the final dinner tonight, then we played Blurt again. They drive back to New York tomorrow... anyway, that's all. G'night.
