Ryanair's chief executive suggests charging for the bathroom on cheap flights.

If the flight attendant told me I had to pay to enter the restroom on a plane, I'd debate between asking for an empty bottle instead or asking if they could open the door so I can pee out of it. This has to be among the dumbest ideas I have ever heard of.
