Bike and lift.
Good bike today. Supposed to ride 30 min as hard as I possibly can on a stationary bike, and I did nearly that much. I still get the feeling I left something behind. Oh well, next week I'll bust my hump even more to get better at biking.
Then came lifting, which I'm now supposed to increase weight and decrease reps. I welcomed that change cause then it takes less time. Sweet! But already getting a little sore, but felt pretty good, so I must be doing something right.
I think as soon as I get more confident in biking, I'll be as ready as ready can be for a while. Yeah!
