I fell in love with a boy...

Grey's Anatomy - this is not right.  Crying that hard at 9 in the morning is just too much for me.  And I don't know what I'll do for a whole summer without you.  Without question my favorite season of that show has been season two but this season has by far trumped that one.  I think it's always wonderful when a series gets its footing back and ( Read more... )

Oh, I can't stop watching it either! It's crazy. Start with either Latter Days or Trick and end with Shelter. Oh, have you seen Summer Storm? Loved that one too.

Oh, the scene on the dock is my favorite... oh, and the one in the bed where Leo is touching Toby. Amazing stuff, I tell ya.

Yeah, the ending of Grey's? I couldn't stop, like, seriously could not stop weeping. It was one of those cries where you gotta catch your breath in the middle.

Yeah, it has been sticking with me for awhile now. I thought it was going to be good but I didn't know it was going to be that good.

Oh, you had it? No way! I do wish I would've known. It's cool because I'm glad I got the DVD for all the extras and stuff. It was more than worth the money.

I didn't know you were watching DWTS! I totally agree that DWTS and Idol have been weirdly similar in their eliminations-pretty predictable and appropriate every week, then sadface, then HURRAY. Ty deserved to outlast the others because he was charming and worked hard, but not Lil Kim! I follow Diddy on twitter (because he is hilarious and very positive) and he was urging people to vote for her and then sad when she was out. So who is your fave of the three remaining on DWTS? I'll be happy if any of them win, but I think in my heart I'm Gilles-Shawn-Melissa.

I was sad when Matt left because he was my sentimental favorite but I felt like it was his time, but I was hoping Allison could outlast Danny, especially at rock week! I was just listening to Cook & Archie sing "Hero" and OMG J KRIS AND ADAM ARE GOING TO SING A DUET ON MY TV!!!!!!! I'm all happy freaked out by this. Also now I can wander around the Kradam comm and get an icon of the two of them because I won't be jinxing anyone. I'm very superstitious ( ... )

Every year I say I'm not going to watch both DWTS and Idol anymore because I've been there, done that and have one favorite season out of both but I always end up taking a peek and sinking back in. I think Ty had charm for days but, yeah, Lil' Kim definitely deserved to be in the final three. You follow Diddy? Cool! I always have such mixed feelings about him because of his status as the head of Bad Boy and the way his artists are not promoted so I dig him but I can't stand him if that makes sense, lol ( ... )

HIMYM rewards repeat viewing because of that loopy timeline they have, so I highly recommend just picking it up. Also the DVD extras are great, and the commentaries make me love the show 25x more.

Mark does seem really fun, which made him a great partner for Shawn, genius pairing there. Cheryl I love from the Drew days because I LOVE Drew.

I think the Breakfast Club got aired too many times on Turner, and as a consequence most of the folks your age that I know love love it and aren't as aware of the other Hughes films. I like it but I don't love it. When I saw Pretty in Pink as a teen I immediately fell in love with Duckie, and while I could see why he doesn't end up with Andie I wanted him for myself! (Later I wrote Duckie/Cameron, putting my two Hughes heartthrobs together.) But Watts is my favorite Hughes girl.

Oh poor Danny, talented, but just not musically interesting in any way.

I'm more excited about this Idol finale than I have been in a long, loooooooong time.

And LOVE Shelter. I put it on every now and again, always thinking, "I'll just watch a scene or two" and then I inevitably watch the whole damn thing (and sometimes get emotional).

I definitely think it'll be interesting to see what happens. Plus I love seeing all the other Idols come back and hopefully some cool duets, performances.

Yeah, it's hard to just watch Shelter without watching the whole thing. I always say I just want to see the video montage with "Lie To Me" playing and then I'm full on watching the whole thing.

Shelter is easily my favorite gay movie. No one dies of AIDS, no stereotypical drag queens, and with a beautiful happy ending.

Yep, that's what is wonderful. It has a happy ending without all the stereotypical crap. The guys were such dudes but in love and Cody makes me smile every time.

Did you? You probably did but, like I said, I've been waiting a long time to find this movie for rent as I am prone to actually rent movies before purchasing to make sure I'll like them. But, wow, I wish I would've paid more attention back then so I could be even deeper in love with this movie right about now.
