Holiday Insanity!
We headed down to White Marsh this afternoon/evening to finish the Christmas shopping. And, I'm proud to say, it's done. Really. Cept for Mike's boss - but that's all him. When we look at the piles we feel like we really didn't do that much this year ... but it is still a lot. Tonight was just a few last minute gift cards.
Now comes the wrapping!!! I like to wrap though, so that's ok. We packaged all the baked goodies today, so everyone is getting them tomorrow. At least we know people will eat them because they're getting them before the deluge begins!
Oh, and we confirmed our suspicions that our exit off 95 is as expensive as that Exxon in White Marsh. They're exactly the same price - a dime above everyone else. I don't get it. Why?! Even the rest stop ON 95 is cheaper than us these days. Granted, it isn't expensive - but it's just odd that it's more expensive than the whole general area. Luckily, I drive to the middle of nowhere almost every day so I can always get cheap gas there.
Speaking of driving ... my carpool mate has a meeting tomorrow so I will not be motivated to get out of bed. YAY! 29 extra minutes of sleep! YAY!
