Hm...for this one, I'm going to with the Buffy musical episode "Once More With Feeling".

I freaking love this episode. I'm not usually one for musicals as the spontaneous singing and dancing (especially the dancing) really throws me, but this one is just pure awesome. Maybe I'm just biased toward Joss Whedon...but this episode has become a classic.
