30 Day TV Meme - Day 9 - Best Scene Ever

I thought long and hard about this one. I had no idea what to pick as the best scene ever. I mean, how do you choose something like that? But really, I think my mind had in fact chosen one because I kept coming back to the same scene...and it probably is my all-time favorite scene because it has powerful writing and powerful acting...
The scene I chose (and I wish I could find it on youtube or elsewhere but alas...I couldn't) is from House.
Season One.
"Babies and Bathwater."
Scene:
The scene towards the end of episode...the one with House and the patient's husband. The husband has to choose between his wife or his unborn child...or risk losing them both. I love this scene. It's powerful and it's heartbreaking. And it shows House being...well, still a jerk in a sense ("Yeah, you feel like crap for killing your wife..."*), but he's also human, something I feel he's lost... (..."but your baby lives. Naomi's baby lives.")
This scene, for me, awesome. I freaking love this scene. I wish that there were more scenes like this on the show, but there hasn't been in a long time. It is always the scene I think of when I think of why I fell in love with the show in first place... (asides from the House/Cam ship ;))...but it also makes me sad, because it's never going to be that good again.
