So I'm clearing this season of HIMYM off the DVR, because I'll buy the DVDs in September anyway, and I was just watching "Three Days of Snow" and omg, there is a reference to "I can jump that far." Because of course they filmed that episode early, thanks to many pregnancies, and also omg I love this show. But this is how it appears, just after Carl gives Barney and Ted the keys to McLaren's, and in flashback Ted talks about how he and Barney should buy a bar:
TED: We should buy a bar!
BARNEY: We should buy a bar!
FUTURE TED: And like the other ill-advised five-word sentences every man eventually says in his life-
MARSHALL: I can jump that far.
TED: I'm gonna win her back.
CARL: I can trust you guys
FUTURE TED: -we would come to regret it. We just didn't know it yet.
So how will they regret jumping onto the next building? Thoughts?
ETA: Also, there's a LOT of digesting Ted/Robin this season, between realizing Lily broke them up, to "The Three Day Rule" about Ted's actions at the beginning, to Robin "doing a Mosby" on Barney.
Also? What's with all the Pablo Neruda?
