Okay, where the hell IS he?

After Zoom has departed her apartment, Jesse has to find Wally to tell him to be careful, to tell him Zoom knows he's dating Jesse, to tell him...hell, really, just to tell him that the man in yellow is back. But Wally's not at the garage, and neither is he at the Watchtower. His cell phone is off. She can't get in touch with him, and that's irritating. A bit scary, too.

She takes off for San Francisco and Titans Tower to see if he's there.
