The Star City Skinner Strikes Again!

Apr 17, 2009 18:36

The skinner has had less time over this victim. He knows that after the first one, the most well-known and deserving one, the capes and the cops would be on full alert. But that doesn't mean he doesn't take enjoyment from peeling the skin from this one, and oh yes, she is deserving. She may not have been the leader, but she was a follower just the ( Read more... )

Roy had just helped Donna put Lian to bed when he got the call of another skinned body being found. Knowing that he was closer to address he quickly changed and rode out to the scene.

Once he finally made it through the swarm of police officers he heard the tell tale tune of Imagine playing throughout the site. As he finally reached where the body was he couldn't seem to walk any further ( ... )

Star City is admittedly one of the few cities where the local police department does happily work in concert with the vigilantes, but possibly because the Arrow Family don't use intimidation as a mode of enforcing justice. That doesn't mean that Captain Sergio Del Arrazio, twin brother of Gotham's own Vincent Del Arrazio, has to like them though.

He hasn't vomited. He choked some back, sure, but he's determined to stay in control and show the other cops that they've got a good leader. He raises an eyebrow at Arsenal. "So one of the illustrious Team Arrow shows up. Big whoop."

He turns his back on Arsenal and gestures for a team of cops to erect ladders so that they can lower the victim, who's still mewling to the tune of Imagine.

Roy hears the jibe, but doesn't respond to it. He's had cops belittle him before for being a masked superhero.

"It's not our fault that your guys had to call us in twice, Lieutenant." He knew how to read the strips on Del Arrazio's shoulder, but these two were not going to get along one bit.

"Any idea who that is?"

Del Arrazio doesn't respond to Arsenal, and instead focuses on directing operations as the police and medics begin to lower the moaning *thing* like a chandelier from a ceiling, wrapped her in sterile blankets and gently winching her to the floor.

As she gets close, he turns around. "None whatsoever. She isn't exactly easily identifiable. But at least this one still has hands and feet."
