OMG!!!
I think that this year has been and will be absolutely amazing. I've really changed from that shy little girl I used to be. I can't believe I'm a senior.
Sectionals this year was the best yet. I got to the 3rd round but lost to the 3rd seed. That makes me feel great. It took a seed to knock me out. Alex Goodman really deserved to win, but I could hit with her. She works way harder than I do, but for how much work I put in the last year, I'm pretty happy about how I did. My serve was on, my placement was good, and I just had a blast. I have also toughened up mentally. I no longer choke so much and I am more confident in my shots. The way I came out of the tournament just made me feel like I have closure. I played well, I had a good time and it was just great.
Today was an average day. I didn't do much, but I did do pretty well on my biology exam. I was a little stressed about it, but thats all over now. I need to read the book more. Nothing else really interesting except for tonight.
Sam told me that Leigh is getting married!!! I can't believe it. The cousins are starting to get engaged. She's marrying Scott. He's in the Navy and I met him at Christmas and he was really nice. I approve. I am freaking out right now and I'm not even the one getting married!
