LibraryThing is a site for tracking your books and stuff. Seems like a cool idea....

This is youtube video of a pretty sweet 3D computer desktop user interface. The main thing that I like about this is the amount of thought that's gone into user interaction. I don't know that they have really been thinking about intuitive interaction, but they are at least moving in the right direction.

BumpTop 3D Desktop Protoype

This is an article that talks a bit about Apple closing the source to Darwin (I assume, from the context of the article). Darwin is the core of the operating system and is used for Mac OS X. I like his closing to the article.

This guy made his own watch. He apparently made many trips to Switzerland and, after asking a particular watchmaker for advise, was told to just go make a watch for his first step. The result is amazing.

This is a site with an optical illusion that plays on the eye's function of adjusting to colors and light levels. It's really cool.

This NASA page has awesome artistic renderings of space stations. I love this stuff!

BatchPCB is a company that will take your circuit board design and make the board for a pretty good price. I got this one from this article on how to make a good-quality printed circuit board (PCB).

OpenCircuits is a wiki for electronics stuff. They have parts, projects, and techniques. It seems to have a bunch of good information.

These are some "rayguns" that this guy made with inspiration from '50s and '60s era stuff. Pretty cool.
