As if the child wasn't expensive enough
Last month we had professional portraits done of us with Biz. Yesterday was order day. We ordered 26 4x6's, 3 5x7''s and 2 8x10's and it was $683!!!!!! Now, not all of the pictures are for us but we didn't ask anyone to pay for their pictures so, thank God for credit cards I suppose.
We are trying to spend a little less and live within our means a little better but the picture order didn't help that at all. So we have to buckle down a bit more. No more eating out just because I don't feel like cooking. Eating out needs to be a treat not just because I'm feeling lazy. No more little impulse buys and certainly NO MORE trips to TARGET. I can't go to that place without spending $100! There is no reason we can not live on what Val makes - we can even live well on what Val makes but we have a bit of debt to pay off and it's not going to pay itself off! I know we can do this - we just need some will power!
We have decided to go with the g-diapers instead of the bum genius diapers. I did get the bum genius diaper - and its all fine and dandy but Biz has no butt and they were so bulky on her! We had the same problem with regular cloth diapers. The g-diapers are a way for us to be a little more green while making sure that Biz is comfortable.
