I've been feeling somewhat down and out and a bit weepy today, as the leg/hip pain and the shoulder pain has been bad today. This has not been helped by the allergies which have been very severe today and by the fact that the temperature today hit 24oC and the weather was quite muggy. Well, as per this blog entry, my colonoscopy is set for tomorrow late morning. So the preparation process has begun. There may be some TMI stuff here, so I'm putting it behind the cut.

Have spent part of the day sleeping in, and part of the day doing a bit of cleaning up around the house (in a very general fashion).

I've been suffering from a bit of vertigo most of the day, and have a bit of a sore throat. It's reminiscent of the start of period where I had that bug that hit me for a period of almost a month and a half, and where I was on antibiotics for a good two weeks.
