It's Monday morning.

I am not at work. I have a body chemistry work-up today, including blood tests, at the hospital, as part of my year-end physical, so decided to take the day off work and sleep in a bit before heading over to the hospital.

Should be a long day. Wish me luck. :)

Monday morning in the Ottawa valley. The start of another work week.

Today is going to be a scorcher here in Ottawa, with temperatures expected of around 34oC, and a humidex up in the early 40s. There's a heat advisory out for the day, and there are also thunderstorms expected in the afternoon, as the temperature is due to drop into the mid-20s ( Read more... )

It's Monday morning, and so another week begins.

All I have to say this morning about coming in to work is that I'm glad that I didn't have to drive today. Treacherous roads out there with black ice and the strong winds.

Busy morning, lots going on at the office, so back to the grind.
