Yesterday was one of those days where I had a really good day, except for one things which I wish I could change.

Been home from work for the last hour and a half.

Have done a thorough cleaning of the living room in the house, moving all manner of furniture around. Probably should not have done that, as my back is really hurting me quite badly now.

Take a cup of hot tea, and then some pills. Going to go to bed for a while.

But was it necessary to sprain your ankle getting into the car at work? And was it even more necessary that you sprain the ankle that is not your driving foot? (Although that was a tender mercy.)

Now, since you are home, go put an ice compress on your ankle. Post haste!

Woke up this morning, feeling like I had jammed my left shoulder or some such. Managed to take some Tylenol for the pain, and went to work as usual. When I got to work this morning, I spoke to the doctor's office to set up an appointment, as the shoulder pain was really bad.
