And so the curse of my Sunday afternoon gaming group continues.
I was informed by the new player that I had met at CanGames this year who had joined the group that she will not be able to come out in future. She's got too much going on in her life, has extended herself too far gaming-wise, and has family commitments that will prevent her from gaming with us. For the foreseeable future. Dammit! :(
Anyway, I'm supposed to be running the
Rivers of London: The Roleplaying Game on Sunday, and assuming Tammy and SteveR want to play, will have to make some adjustments and changes to the current game set-up.
In the meantime, I'm at my wits end in terms of figuring out how to get new gamers for the face-to-face Sunday afternoon group. While there are two players in the Sunday group, one of whose work schedule doesn't allow her to game all that frequently, it's difficult for the players to have a good mix of skills and abilities in any game they play, not to mention the degree to which they both communicate with one another. No idea how to approach this any more... *sigh*
