Sunday Morning Musings
It's Sunday morning. The Ides of March, incidentally. Figures. A somewhat gloomy Sunday morning out there.
That said, I hope folks are enjoying their Sunday so far. This is the last day of the weekend, so take advantage of it and all that good stuff! :)
Woke up this morning to the consequences of yesterday's weather. Last night, the Ottawa valley was subject to a snow and freezing rain blitz of sorts. Things are a mess outside. It has left a slippery, somewhat icy, snow-covered landscape that is treacherous to navigate and all. And as I type this, it's still snowing outside somewhat. So I'm going to be staying indoors today.
That said, I've no choice on the latter. The broken toes are hurting me quite bad, and I've got black bruising all over the area of my foot where the damage seems to have been done, and up onto the foot itself. So I plan to stay off my foot as much as possible today.
