I forgot to say the other thing I loved in this week's GG was when we overheard Lorelai and the girls chanting, "Light as a feather, stiff as a board." Man, that takes me back. I can't even tell you the number of times my friends and I played that at slumber parties

You're so right about slumber parties. As I was watching the episode I kept waiting for an arguement to break out and/or for someone to be ostracized.

Yes, the fights. OMG. So true. And hey, your nostalgia could be worse. You could look "longingly" back on Shaker sweaters and leggings. Well, ok, no one looks longing back on those, but at least overalls and boots are still kinda cool. Unless you're singing Come on Eileen
