This morning was a mess. I was trying to get ready early to bring my car to the mechanic for various repairs, and this meant I needed K to also get ready early so she could come with me and then drop me off at work. While we're rushing around, K tells me that I need to drop her off first, and we're already half an hour later than I wanted to be, so

this is magical, magical, MAGICAL. Like, when things happen like this, where you take a breath, open your mind, use these WEIRD NEW PATHS that our therapists have pointed out, and not only does it WORK, but you have this weird mitzvah where it's MEANT TO BE - aaaaahhhhh, I JUST LOVE THAT. The universe is sometimes weird in GOOD WAYS.

These paths are so weird and unfamiliar to me, but it's not like my old paths were really always working. They were just....default, or I thought they were the only way. So these moments of sheer bizarre realization that I am participating in the universe rather than controlling the universe are astounding.

OMG my chicken problems. How did this become my life. How did I get CHICKEN PROBLEMS.

Also, that dog. Once he gets into the car, there is no getting him out unless there has been a car ride. He was in the backseat and screw our plans, we was GOING SOMEWHERE.

Glad it worked out in that way and you're able to break your own patterns and feel happy about the result! Sorry for how stressful and chaotic it felt until that time, though. ♥ OH LIFE.
