Ok, so, as you might have already heard from phineasjones, she and anabelwumpkins, and madmadharri teamed up to introduce me to Due South. Which, when it comes to this show, "introduction" actually means "addiction." This show is amazingly fun. And gay. And silly. There are Mountie Super Powers, and flaming cars, and little moments in the background that set the tone but don't serve the plot (very much like on NCIS.) And there's Fraser's speech patterns, and the looks he and Ray give each other, and random Canadian traditions as plot devices, and partnership and I can't event talk about Mountie on the Bountie yet because I still can't believe that episode even exists.

There were so many people (and the occasional kitty) moving around sauteeing kale and baking cookies and just chatting animatedly that many of the pictures I took from that night turned out blurry (and madmadharri must never stop moving because she's blurry in every single picture, alas!)
