I've got another chat witht he technician. Seems now he've fixed the problem...
To cheer you up I'll show you my first attempt to make the Sumeragi Twins' apartments....
Heinesen, Kabuki-cho, Shinjuku-ku - Tokyo
Okay, this is a short version of Heinesen the building in which Subaru and Hokuto live. Actually the building is bigger but I've decided to keep it smaller because... well, I don't need the other empty rooms.
Actually in the main plan it should have been a floor only but... I wanted Subaru to have a panoramic view from the balcony... :P
Oh, and actually there's no a little house in the original building. The small house you see on the roof is, in the original version, merely the last part of the stairs that will carry you on the roof... I changed things a bit... :P
Also... I picked up the town with the wrong terrain so, when I flattered it, it gave that weird effect as if the house was in a hole... ^_^;

First Floor
I've left the first floor almost empty since, so far, I've no use for it...

Subaru and Hokuto's apartments! They should have been at a much higher floor... at least Subaru's at the last floor but...
Anyway, I've tentatively placed Hokuto's apartment at the right of Subaru's one. Downsides? Hokuto's kitchen has no windows... ;_;
By the way the whole apartments' structures are based on the draws on CLAMP News and the TB manga...

Subaru's apartment
Okay, so I've made some minor changes to Subaru's original apartment.
First, I don't know yet how to do Genkan (entrance) so the apartment is all on one level.
I could find no info about the furnitures in the bathrooms so I made them up.
Also, the Yokushitsu (the part of the bath with the bathtube) should have been smaller. Between it and the Genkan there was an empty space, probably filled by some building structure. Since an empty space was unproductive I just enlarged the Yokushitsu.
The kitchen's table actually's nothing like the Tb's one. I couldn't find one like that one...
In the original draw there weren't the pillows and the table in the living room. However they ficure in it in TB 3 so I've added them.
I've enlarged the Oshiire between the living and the bedroom (originally there was another architectonical element, probably a column supporting the building).
Subaru's bedroom is slightly larve for space reasons. The bed is also a double one instead than a single one (Subaru's bed is larger than a single one). When i'm going to play with Sims I'm probably going to move it so it won't be attached to the wall and Seishiro will be able to use it too (I'm going to use this apartment to play 'The Game We Play...').
Also I added the chair, the armchair and the desk. Desk and chair were showed in TB Vol 6, armchair in Vol. 7.
Oh and Subaru should have had a allarm clock on the small table next to his bed but I've put on it a phone (pretend it's a phone with allarm clock... plus he kept his phone in his bedroom in X...)
According to CLAMP Subaru's bedroom Ohiire is filled with clothes while the other one is filled with book... ^_^
I've also added a drawing set.I just like the idea of Subaru drawing...

Hokuto's apartment
Apart from what we see in CLAMP news there aren't much info about how hokuto's apartment is... so i took some liberties with it... Odd how Hokuto has no plants in it.
BTW the bed should have been against the window and so big you wouldn't be able to move around it but Sims refuses to let me do so... I had similar problems with the doors.
I still have to finish to put furnitures in the bathrooms and accessoirs arounds.

Okay, so I hope you'll like them. I'm dying from the wish to test them!
