PC technicians are idiots
As some of you know I had to buy a new pc.
When I bought it I insisted about having an original copy of windows and office. Yes, you're free to call me weird, there's people who doesn't mind to have a pirate one but... I wanted the original.
Then they've carried me the pc... but the office copy was missing. Office was installed, all right, but there was no cd.
I've pointed it I've asked for the cd.
The technician looks at me as if I'm really weird and said office would work just fine anyway.
I don't care, I want my copy and I say him so.
He left promising to send me the offert for one.
Now... let's say office doesn't work JUST fine.
There's an annoying message that say: OMG this is not original!
I don't overworry, that guy said it'll keep working and soon I'll have my original copy.
Time went by.
They send me the bill for the pc. They overlook to send me the offert for the office copy.
Okay, so I'll remind it when I'll pay the bill but due to other issues I didn't manage to do it (this guys are the same who fix the pc in my mom's office so she did the paying part for me and forget about the cd).
Okay, I'll pin it down on a note to remind them to do it as soon as I've finished with forced extra work courses and extra job activitie (this is a rather messy working time for me).
Meanwhile office change his message into. OMG! this isn't original! you've 7 days to do something!
I couldn't do 'something' right as it said it due to working hours and impossibility to contact the technician during work (and once I've finished it he wouldn't be working anymore) so I'll manage to do it only now.
I'll explain the problem to the idiotic girl (sorry, I know it's not nice but this is the one who agreed to sent me the technician at a hour, then phoned me the afternoon before sending it saying if he could come sooner, completely uncaring I've told her MANY times sooner I'll be working and I couldn't let work, insisting she hadn't agreed for a precise hour WHEN SHE DID and being generally dense) who told me: but if you want the office cd you've to buy it...
-_- NO, REALLY? I thought they'll grow up on trees! I'm shocked, my naive little world shattered!
I'll try to explain her that's the plan and that I've said i wanted to do it when I've asked for the pc. I think she would understand better if I were to explain her Ohkawa strange feticism for eye loss. Anyway I also point out about the message the pc gives me.
She connects me with a technician who happily told me that the message simply meant OFFICE's not going to work anymore soon.
I contemplate about committing murder.
When i've ordered the pc I've specifically asked for one with windows XP and a working version of office and said I wanted to pay for the licence of both.
I'd like to know who's the idiot who thought I would be content with a one month working version of office!
Let's not add my thoughts about the one who told me the licence was unnecessary and office would work just fine... the poor boy was damn polite and I feel really bad at saying this about him but really, change your work if you do such mistakes! (JJ becomes untollerant when someone touches her pc).

"Oh, really?"

No, I'm just phoning you to chat since I've nothing better to do in my life.

"No, of course no, tomorrow." Because really, it's too hard to send me a prewritten paper with office's price... she could break her nail doing so...
