INTERLOCHEN
Hey everyone!
I'm at Interlochen! It's exciting I know haha
Actually the first week wasn't too exciting becaues I had to do auditions, placement tests, and a whole lot of meetings haha. The orchestra audition actually went better than I thought. I thought i'd be last chair seriously because I killed the last 2 lines or so of sight reading, but I got 4th chair 1st violin. I kinda feel out of place though because my repertoire isn't as impressive as others here, but I'll do my best to either keep my chair or move up. exciting~
Theory results stil haven't come out yet,, we're waiting.. I hope I'm the middle level. I don't want easy OR hard. I just want middle because otherwise, my schedule will be messed up, and that is definitely NOT what I want HAHA
The registration was frustrating though because I applied so late, and no one told me to go online for the forms. Everyone agreed that the admissions office and registration process people were really unorganized, but we all got through it ok even if a bit frustrated. Maybe they can do a bit better next year, if not, we'll all get through it ok..
Other than that frustration, it's been good. I like it here. except for the food haha
Well, I'll keep u all posted with the school stuff when it starts tomorrow. I'm SO excited! even though everyone told me I'd be dead with my schedule before the end of school. They all told me to drop at least 1 or 2 classes, but I'm going to try to do all of them. :D If I die, then maybe I'll drop them haha
