After 24 hours of no sleep, with 9 hours straight of editing, IT IS FINISHED. :D But I swear to god, if there are things they want to change...the answer is NO. The way it was edited, the reason why certain things are there is because 1) I know way more about band & the band program than they do & 2) They don't under stand storytelling. So I'll give my reasons - more parade & concert/festival stuff is on there rather than football games because we did MORE THAN JUST PROVIDE THE SOUNDTRACK FOR THE FOOTBALL GAMES. We worked ALL YEAR ROUND. We started 2 weeks before school started with band camp, then during football season, we have parade season. Right after that, we're into festival/concert season. It doesn't stop UNTIL graduation. Why? Because we perform at graduation too! They need to understand that.* God, I hope they do because I'm at the point where I'll YELL because I'm so fucking tired. *le sigh* And man, I had to record the VOs - have I mentioned how much I hate hearing myself talk? Bah. Now imagine having that play for who knows how many people on Saturday night. -_-
*Hahaha, I'm still irritated at everyone else's perception of band...even after 3 years, lol. Probably because I took it for granted & I miss the great music we would during concert season... like what I'm listening to right now.
Okay, I'll probably just burn this at Notre Dame because I have some questions for them. Meh.
