01. First Name: Ashley. Hilariously enough, one of the first images that came up was Ashley Greene, aka Alice Cullen of Twilight fame. I found it fitting. :)
02. Favorite Food: Doughnuts. If someone even says the word "doughnuts", I'm there. I don't even have to be hungry: if they're around, I will eat them. It's a little frightening, actually.
03. Hometown: Oshkosh, WI. We've moved around a lot, so my version of hometown is where I currently live, not where I'm "from". I'm not really "from" anywhere. I was born in Neenah, but we didn't live there long enough for me to have any sort of attachment to the place. Anyway, this is an abandoned auto store downtown which, I believe, is now demolished.
04. Favorite Color: Green! Most specifically, the shade of green that Absinthe usually is. It's like a harlequin green, or a emerald shade, or something. Very, very pretty. I'm also partial to sages and olives, as well, so green in general is a better word.
05. Celebrity Crush: HA. Well, for someone who loves pop culture as much as I do, there's a lot. Currently, it's the cast of Gossip Girl: Blake is so sweet and fun, Leighton has the greatest fashion sense, Chase just has a snuggly baby-face, like "Please take care of me?", and Ed is just a sexy bitch. But you all knew how I felt about that, already. Taylor and Penn are pretty great, too. :)
06. Favorite Drink: White wine. Usually Chardonnay, but that has more to do with ease of find than anything else. Seeing as how I don't have much experience in this area - insert pointed look here - I don't have much to draw from.
07. Dream Holiday: NEW YORK CITY! So much to do! The hustle and bustle never stops in the city that never sleeps. Broadway, outdoor markets, art galleries, theaters, run-down record shops and coffee houses, SHOPPING. One day I'll have enough money for a townhouse, you just watch. I'll invite you all over for a party. I promise! :)
08. Favorite Dessert: I'm not really big on desert, but cheesecake is always awesome. I actually prefer plain cheesecake, but if it has to have some fruit on it, strawberries are the best.
09. What I Want To Be When I Grow Up: Seeing as how I've already got a career mapped out, I took this as a more abstract question. Yes, that's Dita von Teese. I want to be GLAMOROUS. It's my new goal.
10. What I Love Most In The World: Writing. Even when I don't find time to do it, I read and that helps satiate my need for the written word.
11. One Word That Describes Me: Dreamer. If I had absolutely no obligations, I'd spend all my time with my head up in the clouds. This tends to give me a more carefree approach to time-management than is actually useful, and I've found it's harder to connect with most people, who tend to be very entrenched in their day-to-day lives. I'm trying to find the balance, and I've got some pretty good ideas. We'll see where that goes.
12. My LiveJournal Name: jisatsu_ganbu. That doesn't actually bring anything up in Flickr - and if you remember way back when, it's both in homage to a Jrock band and spelled wrong - so I wasn't that surprised. "Jisatsu" actually brought up a Jrock band, so I snagged the picture you see.
