Well, since everyone else has one, I figured I should to. Anyway this will be good for me since I don't write in my journal anymore(at least as much). So life has been good and bad. I'm really glad that you enjoyed going to that vet clinic, it sounds like it went well for you and just made you more confident in your decision of becoming a vet! Yay! I'm glad it was a good experience though!!
I don't think you should feel guilty for changing religions. If you still praise GOD and you are actually learning things about him and enjoying it, that is the religion for you. I'm sure if you just give your mom time she will end up understanding. It really sounds like you are sure of yourself now though about GOD which is great and I'm happy for you.
Oh, and I totally understand about the whole relationship situation!! Okay, maybe not about your particular situation but I know where you are coming from.
