It's been nearly a year since I properly attended a con. (I was at ALA for like a day, but I didn't prepare any new cosplays for it. Back home after my trip to Fanime! And what an ordeal it was. All that sewing and all that money spent for... what? a few days walking around in costume. Best of all, of course, was hanging out with people I only see at conventions and probably couldn't stand to be around for more than a few days to begin with.
