Rumors and Disappointments

First of all, saw and loved Prince Caspian. It made me happy. They did a lot of interpretation from the book to flesh out the story and added quite a bit of snark on the part of minor characters but I thought it was to the betterment of the film. Of course, since it's been years since I read that one, my memory could be fucked up. Eh. *shrugs

the torchwood stuff i honestly would find to be more BS than anything else. i hope cause jack is the best part of the show. as for the DR.WHO stuff. i've known tennet was gonna take a year off for a theater gig and the BBC was gonna take a break. yea the master did manage to escape the 13 regen limit but who says he hasnt found a way to do it again? i mean the end of season 3 def implies something as well as the new plight of planets being taken over. not sure if you've noticed but in several of the episodes there is a running theme of the doctor being remembered or worshiped like a god as well as some kind of intergalactic issue that the doctor surprisingly hasnt caught onto yet. here's the break down

episode 1: the "den mother" mentioned the former breeding planet was no long usable but refused to give details

episode 2: the aliens in the volcano also mention of losing there home and in the end see the tablet of the house "gods" is a picture of the doctor and donna

episode 3: the whole thing with the ood being saying that there children will "sing" of the doctor and donna for generations

episode 4-5: dont mention why the sonatariens are picking earth for the task but the doctor does point out that there not actions arent normal for there species

episode 6: the whole thing with his "daughter" coming back to life, the fact there trying to create a new planet and no idea why. and the whole thing at the end with the foundation of the society "the man who never would"

episode 7: think this is more just a fun episode but never know. the giant bee might come back at some point later.

anyway time will tell but i wouldnt put much stock in internet fodder. there's an ounce of truth to every 20 tonz of crap
