Oh god, so bored. AT JH today and my students are off at their 3-day internships so I won't have classes here till Friday. Yesterday I went to preschool (♥♥♥) and tomorrow I go to visit another one. Preschool kicks Ass. Although I did feel bad as one of the little boys who attached himself to me actually cried when I left. ;_;
Today seems to be going ve~ery slowly, both for me and my teachers. (Nice breeze though.) I'm poking at my Japanese study materials a bit, and trying to dredge up some brilliant idea to throw at the students on Friday. Something kind of quick too because my sensei is concerned that they're a little behind in the text book.
MAY have internet at my house sometime in the next two weeks. Maybe. I hope. After last time, I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. May also be dragged along on a camping trip this weekend. Ugh. Camping... *shudders*
Random stuff: Dr. Who is broadcast in Japan! I've only caught it once but there it is. It was the first episode of season one of the new show that I caught.
Still haven't caught Sauinkoku Monogatari, which is apparently broadcast on Saturday mornings. Did find volumes 1 and 2 of the manga, as well as the fanbook (which I nabbed). (And psst!
kireizillah! Did you know Buck Tick is on tour now?)
Caught a couple episodes of D.Grey Man, on the principle that since so many of my kids love it, I should check it out. Sadly, I won't get to continue as I have Japanese class at the time it's on.
ryuichinohikari, you should definitely check it out. It's right up your alley.
Finally,
stormcloude, I just heard back from BPAL. It's $13 to ship overseas for them. Is it more or less for you? I do want to order a bottle of Kataniya from the Carnival before they leave town but I think I've got another good year to procrastinate on that... (Randomly again, I've discovered I like Crowley for JHS and Aziraphale for preschool. Not sure about elementary but Mr. Nancy is my standard for going out and Mama-ji for nights.)
