It's been pretty good these past few days, since work hasn't been too stressful and I've done a lot of fun stuff.
Monday Meg and I jammed our way down to OC, NJ to visit the one and only Andrew Chepurny. The house he was staying in was beautiful, and about five feet from the beach, so we headed out there right away. I forgot how much fun it is to lie on sand and sleep or body surf in the ocean. Of course, I also forgot how much bad sunburn hurts. Ah well. We also tooled around town and hit up the boardwalk, but not before a delicious dinner at Sails. There was a Palladino sighting and almost some mini-golf, but the line was too long and I had received a call from Sam about working 7-5 the next day. So we rocked out on the way home ("It's dark and I'm tired of New Jersey") and then played with Molly who was all about attacking me, sniffing crotches, and slamming into walls at top speed.
Tuesday, after work, was a rousing session of D&D after a few errands with Meg and Timmy. This time found us Headly-less, but that was okay as Harrietta Potter the drunken elf mage joined our party. Yay for magic missile. Yay also for Mike and Sara picking me up a set of my own dice. I'm a nerd :)
Wednesday wasn't too exciting, since I basically just worked, packed stuff to take back to school, and slept. Same for today except for a fun visit from Meg concerning amusing news. Sanjita, however, has been in fine form lately. The title quote of this entry was her description of her college days, then she goes on to talk about how she has no friends in America, which was sad. Today, though, she started making fun of annoying customers after they left, which sent me into hysterics. The best by far was when she comes over and whispers, "See that guy? Every day he come in here, and every day he with a different girl. But he never buy condoms. How many baby he have?" It's exponentially funnier when you hear her say it with her accent. We laughed for a good ten mintues over that one.
Tomorrow I have off, and I'm going to play some tennis, sleep some, and visit Jacqui. Yay!
