Oh man, last night was so fun.

Thanks to thinking on my part and grabbing a water bottle before bed last night, I feel pretty good today.

Gotta wait for the call from the currency exchange place today, to see if they can do my whole amount or just half, and when I can pick it up. Hopefully either today or tomorrow.

The weather today is dark and rainy, which is kind of a nice change from the usual. I'm more at ease about leaving today, probably because I'm realizing that this first lesson deal isn't that big of a thing. Gotta get my flashcards laminated at Kinko's today, too, but Mom went out with the car and I don't know when she'll be done her errands or whatever.

I just want to finish up all of my prep stuff today so I can be DONE. The last thing I should have to do is pack up my computer. I called the company I'm going to use to ship it and they said I could order the labels after I move into my apartment and then just email them to my parents to stick them on the box. That's a big relief.

Hrm. I felt pretty okay earlier, but now I'm getting a little creeping feeling of dread. Not so much about leaving, but about someone being mad at me. I hate that.

Uncle Tom, Aunt Skinner, Bri and Kate are coming over for dinner tonight, and we're going to have either my mom's white wine chicken or chicken with stuffing (since I'm going to miss Thanksgiving this year). Either sounds AWESOME. Though I know I can make the white wine chicken in Japan, since I did it at Sunflower a few times (to everyone's great delight and surprise).

Okay, I think Jaime's finally awake so I can make up some more boxes and fill 'em with stuff.
