And finally, FINALLY, this week is over. Now that I have the rental car, I can relax somewhat and feel less like a drain on the people around me (needing rides and such).
There's been many times where I've been leaving work and thought "pretzels? don't we only get those on Friday?" and then realized it was Friday, even though it felt like it should be Wednesday. This week was the opposite of that.
I did enjoy the drive home though, because I left just as the sun was setting and it made this weird light over everything thanks to the cloud cover, which made me feel weird, but in a good way. This might be my perspective righting itself after the hollow-ness that came over it when I got home after the accident.
Tomorrow is Katie I's belated birthday get-together in Old City, and other than that, I'm fucking RELAXING, MOFOS. Getting some writing done for my novel, getting some content done for my website, and just being unhurried and chill the whole fucking time.
Now excuse me, I have a date with some mustachioed Domo-kun pajamas.
