oh hay guys, haven't been on ages
and I feel pretty bad that I hardly /ever/ comment on anyones journals anymore, been so incredibly ridiculously busy, most of it I blame for the job I've been working at for about 3 months now (for those I haven't told, it's a small video game production company)

TL;DR I AM FAT )
I CANNOT STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF FIBER. Fiber is a very good thing, it fills you up \o/ and I've also heard that having 4-5 smaller meals a day is better than eating 3 large meals a day. Uhhhhhhh I'm really not helpful fffff. Never skip breakfast, but don't fill yourself all the way up or you'll probably just feel sluggish. also Edamame is a wonderous snack food.
and now that I think about it... I dunno if it's your kinda thing, but you could maybe check out local community centers or martial arts schools. idk about ones around where you live, but there's a place that offers kickboxing classes around here, and it's just sort of a... show up when you have the time kind of thing.
IN CONCLUSION, I know how you feel, bb. SIBBLINGS AUGH but rest assured you are your own wonderful person, and I think you are beautiful just the way you are <3

But yeah, if you eat more small meals a day, you're less likely to get hungry and snack.
