Having caffeine early
1 in response to a "crisis is over" situation was not a good idea. I'm bouncy and not making much sense.
Or perhaps it was a good idea, from the recreational-drug standpoint. If I had my blood pressure monitor, I might know for sure. (I think it's been fine lately; I've only been checking on a weekly basis though.)
1. I typically refrain until the afternoon, just before lunch, because I'm typically bouncy in the morning anyway and added caffeine does not really help the situation, except perhaps for entertainment value.
