So i'm in an econ phd program. the work is... tough. there's a lot of it. it's not easy. but i also get to teach - that's fucking cool. some poor sophomores have to pay the school money to listen to my ass. now, i'm only a discussion section instructor, but the particular lecture instructor i work with sucks so bad that i basically teach a lot of the students. at any rate, it's one thing that makes me want to not drop out w/ the masters, and be Dr. Jimmy instead.
Dr. what a fucking joke. if i get the fucking PhD yous all best call me Dr.
Jenn's here w/ me. she's got a job at a pediatrics place. private practice. she's liking here coworkers. this is so great. now that she has a real job in knoxville, she's probably not so bummed about having to come here. orlando would've been good for her,but maybe her career can thrive here too.
let's see......... stupid is as stupid does, and i'm totally drunk off two (strong ass) gin and tonics. my tolerance has been dropped to shit, and i count on my friends to pep me back up when (if) they come visit. make it happen whodi.
I'll be an uncle in a month. i'm tempted to get a tattoo, buy a camaro, and by that uncle jimmy that everone has. ben says that's a poor idea, but c'mon man! it's my destiny!
