Should Age Not Matter?

I know this is a weird subject, but I watched Push last night. If you haven't seen the movie then you won't understand what I'm about to say.

Is it bad that I really, REALLY, wanted Cassie and Nick to like kiss or something? I mean, I know Cassie is thirteen and Nick is in his twenties, but God they are sooo cute together! I love how she tried to order a martini and he hurried up and said "Get her a coke." lmao. The hug between them was so adorable, and I think Cassie was actually falling for him. I mean, did you see the way she looked at Kira and Nick before Kira left? She was like, looking them up and down like she was upset. Plus, the look on her face totally read "Bitch he's my man now back off!" Kira....you're a bitch and I hate you. Poor Nick. He gets back with the girl he's in love with, and then she fucks him over. Cassie would've never done that, lol.

Does age difference bother you? Is it a big deal when you see a teen with an older man? I'm sorta jailbate, I guess. I only date guys that are older than me. My first boyfriend was nineteen and I was fifteen. Then my last boyfriend was twenty and I am sixteen now. I don't see the big deal with it. I don't feel sixteen. I feel twenty. I haven't felt my age in a long ass time because mentally I'm much more older. I see a lot of me in Cassie. She's very hard headed and stubborn, but even she has breaking points. I loved Dakota in this movie. It's so weird seeing her play a grown up role, but she did so good.

So, now, I ship Cassie and Nick big time. Although the fandom isn't all that large, I still enjoy it. I'm hoping after I've watched the movie a couple more times I'll be able to write a fanfiction. I hope I can, cause I love these two together.

Anyways....just tell me what you feel about age differences in the comments, or what if you think the Cassie/Nick fandom is wrong or right.

Later

push, jailbate, nick, cassie
