I don't know... I have not drawn anything in a while and I feel slack. (Okay, slacker than usual). And I have to get back in the habit of drawing for something else I need to be working on instead of this, but doing the thing I am not supposed to be doing while there are other things out there that need doing....that's how I roll. (Also there is that pesky matter of the actual work assignment I also need to be working on. I am a procrastinating multitasker! Or a multitasking procrastinator? One of the two!)
I started these two way back a long time ago.. meaning, maybe two weeks or so. (Back when I was like "Mohinder's retired.") But, I only drew the first one this week. And then I was like "I can't post it without the second one. But, I lost the original paper sketch back when I first drew it, so I had to start over from scratch. That was a hassle. And you know how I feel about "hassle". Either way, here they are.
As soon as I saw that shirt a few weeks ago, I was like "Wait. Is that a woman's shirt? It was both lavender and V-neck!" Both of these are pretty near the top of the list of characteristics of shirts that are what one could call "not for men". I am pretty sure of this, because I had a friend who once wore a pink V-neck, and the rest of us were like "So, why are you wearing a lady shirt?" It's been about ten years, and he still gets grief about that to this day! Of course he steadfastly claims that it was not (his exact quote: "The tag said 'The Men's Store'!") but really, it was. It had to be. It was a V-neck. And it was pink!
This was not how it was originally conceived, but I think I like the perspective better on this version anyway. The only thing is, I did not really like any of the caption choices. The one I ended up going with was not too bad, but it could have been better.
