The skit (it's only about 10 minutes long) is called Do Not Collect $200, and yes, it's a Monopoly referance. Very simple premise;

And no matter how much it was, you don't take money from people when that's all the money they have. Not fair. Who cares if you think she owes you money? A real man would have the balls to NOT take what others needed. And yeah, she's lied to me a little. So've you. Take that into account. We took from your stoage unit what we deemed was ours.
