Mischief Unmanaged!
I am in a mood to do something silly and/or mischievous...but I'm not really familiar enough yet with my new co-workers to unleash the full wacky cricket on them. I don't want to frighten anyone. ("Yikes! Our new admin is insane!") Luckily, it's almost time to go home, where I will have lots of opportunity to be adorably troublesome. ;)
So the Great Strides walk went well and our team raised over $800 for Cystic Fibrosis! And there was much rejoicing!
I am baking cookies (of their choosing) for everyone who walked on our team to thank them for their participation. On Sunday, I made Orange Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip and they were both yummy. Yesterday I made Peanut Butter cookies and they turned out weird (but still pretty tasty). Tonight I am making traditional Chocolate Chip and some off-the-beaten-path cookies, including Mint Chip w/Walnuts and Garbage Chip (which means I do standard cookie dough and then throw in lots of different kinds of chips).
In my dream world, I have a bakery and I get to make up new cookie and cake and pie recipes and make them all day! (And because it's a dream world, I never come up against crazy deadlines or problems...so it's ALWAYS a joy!)
