One of my co-workers stopped by this morning and was trying to find a CD for her husband. She said the band was called Ed Something and the Something or others...she couldn't remember Ed's last name or the band's name, but she was pretty sure the band's name was two words that both started with S. Gosh...and she couldn't google that? Actually, I did try a few google searches (with great search power comes great search responsibility) but no luck. She thinks this is an older gospel group. Any of y'all ever heard of Ed Something and the Something or others? :)

Okay, I'll accept that happily because hugs rule. (*hugs f-list*) But my favorite candy heart is the one that says "Oh you kid" because that phrase always makes me giggle. Isn't it funny how phrases and sayings, even words themselves, fall in and out of use? I think that's one reason I love to read books & watch movies from different places and time periods - to marvel at the way the language changes. It's one language, but it varies SO much.
