let's start the story 2 nights ago...
since only about 5 people i know read this, i think it's cool that i open my mouth.
so, jim, nick, jon, tyler, dan, tony, betsy, kyle and i were sitting at perkins wednesday night to eat and decide what we were going to do that night. since cox is involved with ANOTHER, yes another untrustworthy, slutty girl, conversation once again arose about where he finds these girls.
let me rewind a little...
ryan has a girlfriend. he asked her out the first night they met and she moved in the day after. yea, moved in. a complete stranger. his "real" friends aren't even allowed over his house because his car happened tog et stolen once by a girl he barely knew, but this new girl is allowed to live with him. doesn't make much sense, does it? if she was cool, i'd be totally fine with it. as long as ryan's happy, right? well, that would be if this girl wasn't cheating around on ryan and taking full advantage of him. she's sent dan over 20 text messages trying to get him to come over and do her, as well as a few of ryan's other friends. dan played along to get as much out of her as he could and showed ryan the text messages. ryan said he'd talk to her and kick her out if they were real. i knew they were real. he talked to her, and after saying "dan was just testing you" she claimed "i was just testing him." not only does this make no sense whatsoever, but ryan believed her lie. she's made aim at other guys, including his other so called "friends." only these friends (whom i don't hang out with) don't tell ryan about it and let shit happen for their personal gain. it's come to the point where ryan's barricaded himself from his true friends and even his band. "i have to leave practice at 1 today, i'm hanging out with rachel" he tells us, when they LIVE TOGETHER. she has no job, she hits on men and women on myspace while he's away, and there. a few days ago, jon and i stopped over to say hi. jon wanted to meet the girl he'd been hearing so much about. she was on myspace when we got there, showing us the girl's she wanted to "fuck." i told ryan we had band practice the next morning at 11, but he said he couldn't go because he had work at 11.
the next morning...
the band decides, "hey, let's go get breakfast and visit ryan at mcdonald's!" we head up there aroun 10:45 and ask where ryan is. the manager says he doesn't work until 2:30. hmmm... we, of course, drive to cox's, hang out in front of his house and call him, asking if he wants to come practice. he said "i can't i've going to work right now." this was at 11:30. i told him we went to his work and explained the whole ordeal, telling him he better find out who his real friends are and listen to them. we're only looking out for him, but his so called other "friends" sway him away from the truth, using him as their puppet. i could go on and on about how poorly they treat their so-called friend.
long story short, we phone-booked cox. only with newspapers. which was way more lame. if you're not familiar with this stupid alternative to egging or toliet-papering houses, i'll fill you in. we basically go to the phone book, or in this case, newspaper recycling place...and steal trunkfuls of the stuff. then we drive up to the house and pile everything up in their driveway. it's dumb, i know, but so rewarding.
the next day i went to chinese breakfast with jon for his birthday. i felt like puking all over the table. i couldn't get into the food at all. disgusting. and expensive. and i can't afford that kind of stuff, after getting my ticket.
anyways, hours later i went bowling with matt, shane, katie and jessie. i'm so bad at bowling, i don't put forth much effort half the time. i can play better if i put my mind to it, but i don't really feel the need to. i'd rather make an ass of myself and through a fit than do good an keep it up. anyways, we went to applebees for a few and i left to go to SPYBAR.
i haven't been clubbing in about a year (yea, i club, what?) so it was nice to go have fun again. amazingly, we had about 15 people with us so it was even more fun. anyways,it was a ton of fun, i saw some of my friends' relationships crumble and go back to normal in minutes, a light-up floor, and some people i hadn't seen in awhile. did i mention it was fun?
now, i'm off to the mall to hand out flyers for my band's next show. i'm almost positive that handing out flyers does nothing for a band, but i've gotta get out of this house.
