Chapitre 7
At the set of Friend of Mine..
“CUUUUUT-OOOOO!!!” the director shouted to Mitsuki who just made a mistake in her lines. “How many times should I tell you that don’t change the lines? You should follow what your script is saying.”
“Sumimasen. But I just think that it’s more appropriate than this one.” Mitsuki replied in a defensive tone.
“MITSUKI!!! Why don’t you just follow your script!! Stop making excuses. You’re making my head ache early in the morning.”
“I understand. Hontou sumimasen.” She sighed and walked away.
This is the first day of their filming and Mitsuki is already making many mistakes. She’s not really skilled in acting but Mary-san insisted her to take the role. She didn’t know if she’ll ever gonna make it until the end.
She continued on walking to nowhere and suddenly, she thought about Ryosuke.
“*Sigh* I wonder if he’s also like this on the first time he acted. If only he’s here to tell me what to do!” she begun mumbling to herself.
Ryosuke isn’t in the set because JUMP is having their last concert tour in Yokohama. Even though he chose to have the filming, he wasn’t allowed to join because he has some important role in the concert.
“haha! What a failure, Mitsuki. This is just the beginning, but the director is already mad at you. You know, I can’t really get why they chose you to play this role when you’re not really popular nor professional at all. Why don’t you just go back from where you belong?! There’s no space for someone like you here in the entertainment industry.” Saiyuri tormented.
“You really don’t need to tell me that because I ALREADY KNOW IT. I’m not really fit in this world, but I’ll tell you.. I’ll do my best to be a part of this.” She answered back and continued on walking away.
“I knew she is a demon! But why do I feel little when she’s saying that to me? Ooh!! Maybe, it’s good to quit now right?” she thought.

“Hey. You’re still awake? I heard you argue with the director this morning. What happened?” Ryosuke called Mitsuki even though it’s already midnight.
“I’m just thinking some things. About the filming.. he said that I don’t have to change my lines but I think the script isn’t appropriate at all in the situation so I made my own.”
“Really? It sounds really like you.” He laughed.
“but I already decided.. I’ll quit.”
There’s a short silence when Mitsuki said it.
“Don’t joke around Mitsuki.”
“I’m not joking. I’m serious about my decision.”
“You know, you can’t quit now! Everyone’s expecting you in this drama.”
“Everyone?! Are you kidding? C’mon.. I’m not good at this. That everyone you’re just talking about will surely tell me that I don’t belong in this world.”
“What makes you think that? Mitsuki, you now belong in this world and they can’t do anything about it anymore. Maybe you’re just tired that’s why you’re thinking things like that. Have some sleep now and we’ll talk about this tomorrow.”
“We don’t need to talk about this tomorrow. I’ve already decided so respect my decision. Nothing will change my mind.”
“Whatever. We’ll talk about THIS tomorrow.”
“I already told you-“
“Goodnight, Mitsu. See you tomorrow, okay?” and he hanged up.
