Note to self: Next time in England, never (that is *NEVER*) get that Maximum Strength Cold&Flu Relief from Boots again. Especially not Blackcurrant! And here I thought the sachets with magnesium additives I sometimes take (I am  prone to cramps in my legs and feet) were bad. Pouring powdered cold medicine directly on your tongue...*YECH*!
