Buh-bye Buh-Bob's ( a flashback )
Recently a building near me was torn down and it really brought some memories back. Mind you the business itself that was originally there has been gone for at least a couple decades, but I recall the Bob's Big Boy so vividly. That was the first truly large burger around here... and of course had their awesome secret sauce Thousand Islands on it and that was a regular summer option for us. Back in those days only Turk's Fish & Chips had a burger that size... and when we went to Turk's I seldom got a burger (their Big Brother Supreme and their BBQ sammich were to die for). Anyways... just sad to see the old Bob's demolished. I might have to go out and buy a double Whopper with cheese and slather some Thousand Islands on it.
