Jason and Leah (Hengelfelt) Lonsdale, of Stromsburg, are the parents of a daughter, Maya Ann Lonsdale, born at 7:11a.m. on February 11, 2013 at York General Hospital in York.
She weighed 6 pounds 7.8 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Nancy and Corwin Hengelfelt of Stromsburg and Phyllis and Dudley Lonsdale of Rising City.
Great-grandparents are Jeanette Hengelfelt of Stromsburg, Ruby Dinkelman of York, Donna and Cecil Kershner of David City and Darlene Haase of David City. Siblings: Devin and Emmitt Lonsdale.
As a sidenote, a quick websearch shows Stromsburg refers to itself as the "Swede Capital of Nebraska", it is the largest of four towns in Polk County, and it has the delightful zipcode of 68666 !
