This week's prompt was a bit different : to create a haiku, limerick, or obituary built around the prompt phrase " Around the back of the abandoned farmhouse, there stood an old red shed with a shiny new padlock." I decided to try a humorous approach and create a limerick for the phrase. Hope you enjoy (I kind of like it !).
The farmer cared less how the house looked
Abandoned, in wind how the place shook
But his tightly locked shed
He had painted it red
Because that was the place where his meth cooked !
